We may approve, decline, suspend or revoke access at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
THISystem offers AI-generated market analysis, educational information and tools — including an AI assistant, a chart reader, per-market readings, an economic calendar, and AI-generated trade ideas.
Information only. All content in the Service — including any Buy, Sell or Wait reading, entry, stop, take-profit level, score or commentary — is AI-generated analysis and general information only. It is not a recommendation, solicitation or inducement to buy or sell any instrument, and it is not tailored to your personal circumstances. We are not a broker, dealer or portfolio manager; we do not execute trades, hold funds or open accounts on your behalf. Markets carry risk and nothing here is guaranteed. You keep ownership of the content you provide (messages and uploaded charts). You grant us a limited license to process that content to provide the Service, including sending it to our AI providers to generate your results. Do not upload other people’s confidential information.
The Service, including its software, design and brand, is owned by The Hills International and its licensors. As a member you receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own personal use.
The Service may reference or link to third-party sites and data. We are not responsible for third-party content, products or services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms or for operational reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where The Hills International operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
